Called in the morning technician was able to show up in the afternoon and fixed are problem in a short period of time was real professional and got taken care of give us some options and the one I should have taken the preferred customer service

I appreciate how much time Daniel took educating me on different aspect of A/C and the units. We had to have a total replacement of ducts and unit due to mold in old system. It took longer than expected for our remediation and they were patient and worked with my time schedule. The office was always so helpful. Dan made a number of adjustments so the airflow would be more balanced. Can't wait for it to get hot again to try it! The new system is so quiet can't even hear it! Trusting this will last me years with good maintenance.
