We had our maintenance check up today on our AC. Mauricio brought us up to date on some areas and did an excellent job on explaining the system and what he did. AC Guy has always provided great Techs. THANK YOU MAURICIO!
A/C check as no cool air was coming out.
Gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. He reached out to co-workers for further information on my a/c brand as brand was put in differently. Unfortunately, I would have to deal with no a/c until Owner- HOPEFULLY- gives the approval and pays for it.

We have used the AC Guys for 2 years to maintain our AC system. We pay a small monthly fee and they clean & check our system every 6 months.
We noticed our lights were flickering every time the AC turned on, they came out in 2 days did a complete check up and it turned out our 12 year old system was too expensive to fix. 2 days later they replaced our system & being customers we received a good discount.
2 techs showed up about 8am Ryan & Alfredo. They did a fantastic job and really left the place clean. We are life time customers now, that's how happy we are

First time using A/C Guys. Called them to do an inspection of my system. Ben did a great job and I'd highly recommend signing up for one of their service plans. Great value and adds peace of mind living here in Florida where your A/C is so important.
Albert is 5* A/C technician. He is very knowledgeable about A/C. He checked my both A/C units thoroughly. He found one issue with one unit. He is going to send me an estimate to fix it. I'm so glad he pointed out the issue. Albert is polite and courteous. Thank you Albeit!
Setting apt online was easy and fast. Call back was prompt and he was very friendly.
Phone call inquiring if an earlier time was good ( it wasn't for me), called 45 min prior to apt time and was given all clear to arrive a little early. He was prompt, polite, and respectful. Investigated unit, suggest options, and costs associated. Discussed maintenance plan. Was very courteous with my decision to refuse and accept different options.
I was very comfortable with Antonio. He was easy to talk with and knowledgeable.
