I would definitely recommend The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay for any HVAC needs. Mauricio Chacon, the technician who came out, was wonderful. His knowledge, expertise, and trouble shooting skills were very impressive. He kept me informed of the process with regard to the replacement thermostat needed for my unit. Mr. Chacon is certainly an asset to your HVAC team.

We encountered problems at our home on a Saturday and then next day, Sunday. Chris Morris was the on-call tech who arrived both days. On Saturday, Chris trouble-shot a problem with one air conditioner, which would not cool. He found the problem, but made sure nothing else was wrong with the system. On Sunday, Chris responded to a message we received that there was water detected. It turned out to be a faulty placement of the device, which he immediately corrected. Despite working at least 7 days straight, Chris was great. He was so professional. He took the time to explain each situation - on Saturday and on Sunday.
