We encountered problems at our home on a Saturday and then next day, Sunday. Chris Morris was the on-call tech who arrived both days. On Saturday, Chris trouble-shot a problem with one air conditioner, which would not cool. He found the problem, but made sure nothing else was wrong with the system. On Sunday, Chris responded to a message we received that there was water detected. It turned out to be a faulty placement of the device, which he immediately corrected. Despite working at least 7 days straight, Chris was great. He was so professional. He took the time to explain each situation - on Saturday and on Sunday.
The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay is lucky to have someone as talented as Chris.

My AC went down which in Florida is terrible. They got me on the schedule soon, ordered the part and fixed my AC the next day. Great work and professionalism. I am on their plan which is worth it for peace of mind.
