I was so pleased with the great service The AC Guy of Tampa Bay provided to my mom, when her AC stopped working. They were respectable, honest & professional. Mauricio was great & communicated all the job details and answered all of our questions. Becca was very helpful as well. Would highly recommend this company.
AC Guy of Tampa Bay was awesome from the moment we called. Super friendly, showed up right on time, and got everything fixed fast. The tech explained what was going on in a way that made sense and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need.
But what really stood out? They're just genuinely great people. Kind, respectful, and easy to talk to—they made the whole experience stress-free, and honestly, they made our whole family smile. It's rare to find service like that. They're our go-to from now on!

Antonio and the rest of the team (we've worked with several team members but can't remember their names!) have been a breeze to work with. Attentive, kind, and compassionate. We lost our unit (and home) from the hurricane and they have been so helpful the entire process. Lots of pivots with our construction and they stayed the course and were patient and always ready to roll. Appreciate y'all!! Thank you Antonio!!
Karen answered the phone and was so friendly and polite and completely explained the Smart system so Ben was here yesterday to install smart sensors and repair a leak. He was very professional and polite. Explained everything he did and gave recommendations for what needs to be done. Definitely would recommend your company and Ben!
