Albert is my new technician. He was the utmost professional in servicing my A/C unit, diagnosing an issue and explaining my options. Albert went above and beyond my expectations. He was honest and respectful of my home/floors as he serviced my system. I am more than satisfied with Albert and the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay!
Caleb was great to work with! He even made accommodations to get to my house early when our part came in so I could make another appointment. Thank you!
THANK YOU! A big thank you to everyone. During this last frigid snap, our 4ton A/C worked like a CHAMP, I am so happy we went with A/C Guy of Tampa Bay. I have peace of mind knowing we will be safe and warm no matter the weather.
Very professional.
Caleb was here because we had no heat. He identified the problem so we could get it fixed. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thank you Caleb. I spoke with Nick on the phone for a follow-up visit and really appreciated his kindness and concern. Thank you Nick. This company goes above and beyond and I highly recommend The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay!
