The technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 9am and called and gave me the precise time which was between 8 & 9. He did his work and then asked me if I was interested in an ultraviolet system and explained to me how that works. Since my house was built in 73 and the ducts were half a century old I thought it was a good idea to have that installed. I am satisfied.
The A/C guys came into some challenging problems with my home. They have always explained every move, and decision to help us make some better choices with our Air conditioning needs. Prompt, courteous, and a feeling of dealing with a smaller company. The owner came out to our home on our installation, made me feel like they have an interest in keeping me as a customer. Thanks again!
I have been using The A/C Guy more than 12 years. They have replaced complete units at my last 2 residences, came in and added additional air return lines and sealed attic vents and most recently installed a REME Halo whole house air purification system. The techs keep you in the loop on arrival times, you receive emails confirming appointments, I think a lot of other service companies could take some lessons from the A/C Guy!
The crew showed up on the scheduled time. They were very professional and the whole system was installed in less than 5 hours including complete cleanup. At the end the lead technician explained what had been done and how to operate the thermostat. I can highly recommend this company.

Nathan was great! He called in the morning and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning for the repair!! Nathan stayed until the system was working! The maintenance plan is well worth the cost!
