We have used The A/C Guys of Tampa for over two years. So thankful we found them when we needed one of our units replaced. During the replacement process and since, these people have been nothing short of amazing!!! From the office staff - most recently Linda and Josephine - to the techs who come to your home - most recently Ben and Antonio - every single encounter has been extraordinary!!!! They treat you like family. They come into your home and couldn't be more respectful or knowledgeable. They come twice per year and service both of our units and are just super friendly and knowledgeable. We can't thank this company enough for always going over the top and never making you feel like they're too busy or don't care!!! Antonio came out today to look at some duct work in the attic (poor guy!!). He determined more work than was originally thought needed to be done. He had another appointment after us. He quickly determined - because of our extenuating circumstances- that he'd do our fix even if it put him a little bit behind for his next appointment. Just one example of many!!! I could go on and on.

Everyone at the AC Guy has been friendly and courteous, Professional and fair. We had an AC installed last year and it's been great and we just had another one put in for the upstairs/other side of our house. We are very happy and we recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

The AC Guy of Tampa Bay are AMAZING! At the hottest point of the day, my AC stopped working. I had another company come out who quoted me an entirely new unit to get my house cooled back down. Dan and team were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed within the hour, saving me thousands and getting my house back to cool ASAP.
