New system install - a few bugs to work out and service team were very responsive! Same day response time! Techs were very polite. Dan was very patient and took time to explain exactly what issue was. Would not hesitate to recommend!
Dan called before arrival and was on time. He was professional and courteous. The maintenance was very thorough and informative. The fact that he took photos and I signed acknowledging the work made it that more valuable! I would request Dan for all of my maintenance and would refer him to all my friends!

Earlier this week, Dan the Man, the highly trained and customer service orientated technician from the AC Guy of Tampa Bay conducted my regular service on my heating and cooling system. Like usual, Dan found the unit, the duct work and all the parts that make them work in excellent order. I must say that I purchased an entire system including new duct work about 2-3 ago and since that time I never had an issue. The company from the owner to the field reps to the technicians are sincere, honest, helpful and can be trusted. When I need advice they are there for me. The office staff is the secret diamond, always responsive and focused on the customer. I consider myself fortunate to have experts like Dan on my team. Do like my family, call AC Guys, you will not regret it.
I've worked with this company for a couple of years with great results each time. They run the company in a very efficient and professional way and their technicians are all knowledgeable and competent. We've worked with a number of the technicians and more recently, Jason, another excellent AC tech. You can definitely depend on these guys to take care of your AC needs.
The A/C Guy Technician, Ben Decker worked with my schedule, arrived on time & performed work in a timely manner. Ben of The A/C Guy is very knowledgeable, professional and consistently a pleasure to deal with on our main residence and rental home. Takes the time to explain options whenever he identifies a potential issue and never pressures to buy or replace any part or service at any time unless it is absolutely necessary. I highly recommend you use this company. The best AC I have ever used.
