I had a wonderful experience today with Dan e.
explained everything he was doing and showed me the inside of my unit. I had an ongoing issue with some slight growth. And now I have a purifier installed. Any showed me how it runs and what to look for I Am very happy with my service in the AC guy of Tampa Bay.
We are so appreciative for all the A/C Guy does to give us peace of mind over our HVAC system. We are a monthly customer with them and know who to turn to when something just pops up like our last visit where our unit took a hit from a power surge and fried some wires. Thankful for the surge protectors they installed for us and for Dan E. and his quick callout and fix to get us back up and runnin. Highly recommend this company and team!

Dan E. And Vinny were very professional, polite and diligent.
Dan E. would not stop until he found the problem. He explored every avenue of what was causing my AC not to work. He found the problem and repaired it. :D
Vinny worked side-by-side with Dan. It was definitely a two-man job.

Dan E. came to our home twice to fix an ongoing issue with our outdoor sensor. He was always punctual, courteous, friendly and very clear about what he was doing. I recently had a new hvac unit put in. The people that installed it I would give them a 5 star. the explanation of the thermo stat and the unit I would also give a 5 star. Their warranty is excellent. I believe my future dealings will be good.
