Great Job
This is a very responsive company. I was having issues with our AC not running, which of course happened over a weekend. They sent someone out early Saturday who was very professional and got it running again. We thought it was fixed, but it stopped running again that night (in fairness to the technician, he couldn't have known it was going to stop running again after eight hours). They sent another tech out on Sunday who assessed the problem. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed until that Monday, but I appreciated them getting workers out each day. The same technician from Sunday who assessed the problem came again on Monday, got a pump installed and the problem was resolved. A great company that I highly recommend!
Were we happy that we needed a whole new unit just 25 days before our daughters big wedding?? No!!!

The 3 guys who arrived the next morning worked hard, worked well together and got us cool again.
