Very efficient knowledgeable and courteous
We have been satisified customers for quite some time. We recently had our VIP maintenence check-up of our system. Dan Eaton was an amazing technician. He was competent, friendly, and shared some of his wealth of knowledge about our system. He is an asset to the company!

Great customer support rep by phone. I got a text after 1245 advising the ticket was sent to the tech and he was expected to be there between 5-10pm. One hour later he emailed with his photo and info so we knew who he was before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the furnace working. He then documented everything for future visits for other techs. I highly recommend Dan Eaton and the A/C Guys of Tampa Bay. Peace of mind was quickly restored and I know who I'm calling next time I have any issues! Thanks Team A/C Guys of Tampa Bay!!! You ROCK!!!
Dan did a great job and was very informative while here assessing what our situation was. Let me know that there was nothing wrong with our system, just a bit small for what we might want, but assured me that it was easily upgradable. Will look forward to him coming back out when it's time for maintenance and inspection time.
Had the best experience with the technician Dan E. He listened and paid attention to what I was saying in regards to my issues I have been experiencing with my AC unit. He definitely was efficient and did a fantastic job on both unit. He will ask for him when needing service or maintenance from the AC guy from now on. Thank you Dan E for being so thorough and paying attention to detail, job well done!

Dan was an amazing bright and friendly service technician.
Dan serviced us for a routine maintenance and cleared our heavily clogged drainage pipe. He updated us as he was performing his duties and was informative about our next steps regarding how to keep the drainage clear. He was very hospitable in our own house and wanted to make sure we were taken care of.
Just amazing, the best services with the best experts ever and affordable price, these guys are such amazing I really recommend them.
