Excellent experience from the first phone call to the office to get information about pricing and response time for a repair. Office personnel were very professional and informative. Service man was amazing. He was friendly, courteous and fast. Diagnosis and repair in about 30 minutes. Pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company. 5 stars.
Gregg (Founder} installed unit in my home in November 2010. It has been problem free since then. Subscription type maintenance program done by various Technicians, who are neat, on time and clean keeps it worry free. At time of install it was competitively priced.
Most recent Tech was Nathan, who did, at least the last two visits. He is easy to deal with.

These guys are great! My family have known the owner for decades, and Nathan has been extremely helpful with our super-old unit's issues and is helping us squeeze some more life out before we have them do a new install in the near future.

AC Guy of Tampa was recommended by a friend after a couple of bad experiences with other companies. Our first experience was on a July 4th holiday. I called them and a hour and a half later, there was someone here. The problem was fixed and I didn't have to mortgage the house to pay for it. ????
Their customer service is like the days of old. They have a great system for scheduling, which includes texts for reminding the customer about appointments that includes a picture of the service man coming to your house.
I am so glad I got this referral and I myself recommend this company to everyone I know.
