I am very pleased with everything about the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay Inc.
From my initial call for service, their staff went out of their way to squeeze me into their schedule. Nathan came out promptly, determined and fixed the problem even working after hours so I would have A/C that night. Due to the age of my existing system, I decided to have a new A/C system installed and also the duct work replaced in the attic. I could not be happier with the professionalism and quality of work that was done by the installation team of Ben, Austin and Jay! Thanks to this great team, my master bedroom is finally cold in the heat of the summer for the first time since we purchased our home over 20 years ago! Highly recommend! Nathan, the technician from The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay, arrived earlier than originally scheduled (calling first to make sure it was OK ) , which is much appreciated when your A/C is out in July. He quickly and expertly diagnosed the issue. He was courteous, knowledgeable and above all HONEST, He explained the issue, provided options and I was up and running in no time. I am very happy with the excellent service I received. I will definitely be using the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay from now on and highly recommend them..
Nathan, the technician from The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay, expertly diagnosed the part that went bad that caused my a/c heat pump unit to stop working. He was courteous, knowledgeable and above all HONEST, He gave me a fair price to replace the part, and I am very happy with the service. I will definitely recommend.

Ben was great! He called to say he could arrive several hours ahead of my scheduled time, which is major when you are without air conditioning in July! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took time to explain everything to me. I was very grateful and he was done in an hour! The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay is my go-to from now on!! Thank you!
The A/C Guy Tampa Bay rocks, from the supervisor, Daniel, to their Installation guys, Tanner, Austin, and Jacinto, as well as their technician Nathan! Jordan, in the office, has been a tremendous help as well. They came out the same day I called to assess the problem of no a/c, made sure my old unit would limp on until the new one could be installed 4 days later, and have followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. The install went smoothly, they respected my property and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Start to finish, they have been an A++ company to work with. Seriously, these guys are fantastic! If you need service, repair, or a new unit, don't hesitate to call them. Thank you all for a well done, professional job!
Dan was very knowledgeable and able to give us insight into the A/C issues we have been struggling to have resolved with a previous A/C company. We are very thankful for his generous time and knowledge as he explained the issues to us.
We were without air and called needing assistant right away. These guys were fast to respond. Very professional in their interactions and quick to offer solutions. They provided a very competitive offer on the work that needed to be done.
Answer to Prayer! Spent 7 days dealing with another company while having no A/C with our three girls stuck at home in a 87 degree house, trying to do this complicated online learning, with no results. Daniel and Tanner came and solved all our issues in 20 minutes. Heard about their company from the Joy FM and will recommend them to everyone I know!! This company was a blessing to our family and we are now lifetime customers! AWSOME job and I can't thank them enough!
PS After a week of living in super uncomfortable temperatures, the A/C Guys of Tampa Bay swooped in like a Hawk and now I am chilling in my house.
