I joined their VIP Program and I never have to remember to call for maintenance. The friendly office staff calls me every six months to have my system checked out. For the monthly fee, it's a great bargain. I can't say enough good things about this company.
We moved into this property about three years ago and since the unit was replaced by this company in 2010 I decided to continue with them. We have been very pleased with their professionalism and service we pay 11.00 per month to cover six month service calls . We had one issue with a relay and the Teck wasn't sure what he was dealing with and he thought it was the compressor. Upon further diagnosis it was just a shorted relay. But I had called the owner because the unit was just out of Warranty but he had the records researched and assured me compressor would be covered if it came to that. They are honest and professional I recommend them !

Ben Decker is a professional service provider. He did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem with my system, ordered the parts and was back the next morning to repair the unit. Replaced 20 year old tube duct work. Installation team was efficient and results were excellent. City Inspector said: "This is one of the best jobs of this I've seen and I don't say that often."
