They replaced an aging hvac system with a new one. The installation was flawless and it performs perfectly. They have also been back to perform routine maintenance and they are always on time and do a great job. Everyone from this company who has been to our house has been personable and knowledgeable and has done a great job. Very happy with this company.
We knew it was time to replace our 19 year old A/C unit, but the A/C Guys still offered some repair options. After deciding on a new unit, they were here for the install within 2 days. Super friendly & professional! At the end of the install, one of the techs heard my son talking about the garbage man not picking up our palm clippings that morning. He loaded them into his truck to dispose of for us!! That is definitely the definition of "above & beyond"! Highly recommend!!!
Always happy with the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay! The service is top notch, all of Daniel's team are professional, efficient, and personable. We have been very pleased ever since they installed our new system about a year ago. There are a lot of companies out there; we made the right choice.

The technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 9am and called and gave me the precise time which was between 8 & 9. He did his work and then asked me if I was interested in an ultraviolet system and explained to me how that works. Since my house was built in 73 and the ducts were half a century old I thought it was a good idea to have that installed. I am satisfied.
The A/C guys came into some challenging problems with my home. They have always explained every move, and decision to help us make some better choices with our Air conditioning needs. Prompt, courteous, and a feeling of dealing with a smaller company. The owner came out to our home on our installation, made me feel like they have an interest in keeping me as a customer. I have been using The A/C Guy more than 12 years. They have replaced complete units at my last 2 residences, came in and added additional air return lines and sealed attic vents and most recently installed a REME Halo whole house air purification system. The techs keep you in the loop on arrival times, you receive emails confirming appointments, I think a lot of other service companies could take some lessons from the A/C Guy!
The crew showed up on the scheduled time. They were very professional and the whole system was installed in less than 5 hours including complete cleanup. At the end the lead technician explained what had been done and how to operate the thermostat. I can highly recommend this company.
