Great Job
This is a very responsive company. I was having issues with our AC not running, which of course happened over a weekend. They sent someone out early Saturday who was very professional and got it running again. We thought it was fixed, but it stopped running again that night (in fairness to the technician, he couldn't have known it was going to stop running again after eight hours). They sent another tech out on Sunday who assessed the problem. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed until that Monday, but I appreciated them getting workers out each day. The same technician from Sunday who assessed the problem came again on Monday, got a pump installed and the problem was resolved. A great company that I highly recommend!
Were we happy that we needed a whole new unit just 25 days before our daughters big wedding?? No!!!
We're we happy that our old unit only lasted 8 years? No!!
Steve broke the news gently - gave us options - and was very knowledgeable and professional.
The 3 guys who arrived the next morning worked hard, worked well together and got us cool again.
Thankful for an honest and trustworthy company! You guys have been servicing our units for a few years now - hoping we get more than 8 years out of the new unit!!!????

A/C Guy of Tampa Bay came to check my AC unit and give me an estimate on replacement. Daniel was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I've had other companies come and they've never shown the attention to detail that he did. He took photos of my rooftop unit to show me the condition of my (very old) AC unit, answered all my questions, and he even wore shoe covers on inside my home. He was respectful of my home and super informative! I highly recommend AC Guy of Tampa Bay!
Great Experience from Start to Finish! Daniel had come to my home to give me a Quote on a new A/c System. He was Professional, Honest, and a pleasure to deal with! I was initially planning on getting a second Quote, but after meeting and speaking to him, I decided to go with this company. On install day, the Tech's that were assigned to my job were Austin and Alfredo. You could not ask for better installers! They did a Great Job! They were Professional, Knowledgeable, and also a Pleasure to deal with! They made you feel at ease through the whole process! They did everything possible to please the customer! My Wife and I are so Glad we picked this company for our purchase and install! There are many A/C companies here in Tampa Bay, But I don't think you will find one as good as the A/C Guy of Tampa Bay!
Go with them, You will not be disappointed!!!!!
They showed up when expected and did the job in a professional manner. The technician gently informed me of my options, unfortunately none were cheap. I opted for a new system and trust they will take good care of me in the future.
