AC Guy of Tampa did a great job. Excellent Customer Service that was very professional and took care of the issue quickly. I was sent ahead of time a picture with Bio of the person coming to my home. The technician notified me when they were close and once at my house was polite, professional and got right to work and AC cooling and running smoothly since. Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!
My neighbor recommended the AC guy for annual maintenance and I'm very happy that I took her advice. Antonio was knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to explain things to me in terms I understood and the price was right. I highly recommend this company and I am considering them for Replacing my AC unit when the time comes.
Our A/C gets a checkup twice a year from th A/C Guy of Tampa Bay. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I'm always prepared for the hot summer months in Florida.
After 2 prior service calls to address the SAME problem, Antonio came by and was able to
solve the issue for us.
I have been a customer for 12 months, under a maintenance contract. I have been treated well, the staff is polite and professional. The techs (3 different ones. so far) have been very informative and knowledgeable. Most recently, Mauricio spent a lot of time patiently explaining what my 14 year old system was going to need to run its best, the cost and then offered to have sales call with estimates to replace in order for me to determine the best option for me. I received a call from sales that day, so I can attest to the fact that they are on top of their business. Still undecided, I look forward to working with this company in the near future.
The AC Guy of Tampa that came to our house, number 1, came earlier that was promised, check out all of our AC equipment , resolved the problem, and helped us understand our better system better. What's not to like??? Thanks
Antonio did maintenance on my system. Professional and friendly and got the job done in a very timely manner (while working around a construction crew I had in there refinishing the condo)! Always very happy with The AC Guy.
The A/C Guy did a great job of replacing the entire ductwork system in our house and Daniel was transparent in answering our questions and following through. We immediately felt that Daniel and this company could be trusted to install a quality product, tying the system together seamlessly with integral vent covers and tight reinforced connection to our A/C system. We are no longer "loosing our cool" in our attic due to deteriorated duct material that could be bad for our health and could damage our ceiling drywall with its hot-cold condensation. Our humidity levels are down now, our house smells fresher, and the new ductwork is allowing our A/C system to run at peak performance.
Mauricio did a fantastic job of servicing my 2 AC units. He cleared all the leaves from inside each unit and washed them clean. He flushed the drain lines and replaced 2 UV bulbs. Mauricio was personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I highly recommend him and the AC Guys company!!!
