Daniel Ficca came out to our house and showed me exactly what I needed. I trust Daniel. He is a long time friend of the family. I highly recommend doing business with this company
These guys were awesome from the first call for service to our installation of the new unit. There were no surprises, everything was as they advised. Every person we spoke to was kind and treated us with such care. Thank you Nathan, Austin and Alfredo for your exemplary service! I would highly recommend them if you need AC work.
AC stopped working at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. Daniel was here by 11:30, had issue fixed by midnight. They provide EXCELLENT customer service!
Ben was our service technician. He called ahead, he came early and was very professional. Ben also answered any question we had. I would recommend this company for your A/C needs. Signed up for their VIP club to get yearly services. Thanks for doing an excellent job.
Ben came out to checked out my a/c. Found a few things wrong with incorrect install by previous owners on the a/c system. Gave me a quote and offer a vip service with 20% off with vip service. Well worth the money spent and the service he provided. Had to order part's then came back to finish up the job correctly and bringing it up to code and quality standards. Great company and great prices. Will only use them for now on.
Excellent!! I called them yesterday morning about my air and they were at my house an hour later!!! It all got fixed in one day!! Everyone is very nice and professional and everything was explained to me. Highly recommend them!
The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay Inc. is the only company we will use. All the employees are professional and care about giving the best I've ever seen with an A/C company. Our A/C Guy named Ben c out to service our dear death unit. Rather then waste any money to repair it we had 4 options for a new unit. We trust them completely and would recommend them to everyone.
The only company in town that picks up the phones on weekends, and sends someone within the hour! Couldn't ask for any better!
