Technicians were excellent, went beyond explaining to my elderly mother.
Super friendly and very efficient at his work. Fixed our A/C's T float, which when not operating, stops the A/C. Only concern is that it was rather expensive, but that's the way it is :)

UPDATE: The tech did get back with me and apologized for the delay. That follow up moved me to upgrade from 3 to 4 stars. Like I said, the experience was really good, just the delay in getting the estimate back. That's now been addressed. So wanted to update.
Great start, poor finish. I was very happy with the scheduling process. Wonderful person took my call and worked with me to find a time that worked for me. They communicated the appointment time and day, reminded me of the appt in an unobtrusive manner, called the morning of the appt to say they were on the way. Excellent communication and did everything they said they would do. The technician was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do, faster than anticipated. So far, great! I was diagnosed with a bad blower fan and a blower wheel that needed cleaned badly. I expected to hear back with an estimate. It's now been two weeks since the appt, and no estimate was provided back.. I've fixed the problem myself now. Not sure what happened. Like I said, they did everything perfectly, except follow up to actually fix the original problem.
I had a terrific experience working with them. It was great to have an honest, friendly service tech who was on time and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Highly recommended!
