I've been with the A/C Guy of Tampa for over 5 yrs now and would highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and always show up on time!! You can't go wrong with them!!
I called The A/C Guy @ 0805 this Monday morning, 23 Aug, 2021. I called because my A/C stopped blowing cold air overnight. So, calling on a Monday morning I expected the worst, as far as waiting time to getting service. I talked to Jordan the phone scheduler/dispatcher, she was extremely nice, competent, and professional, kudos Jordan! After describing my A/C issue to her she said she would call me back to schedule my service, she calls back in less than 5 min. to tell me that their Tech Daniel will be at my house between 1100-1300, that was music to our ears as the inside air temp in the house was already 82 deg. I get a call from Daniel at 1020 or so to ask me if he could come early, oh hell yeah I replied. Daniel shows up at 1025, diagnosed the problem to be the start capacitor for the compressor, installs it, completes system check, compressor now works and cold air blows once again! In closing, this was an all around great experience, something that is not often found in the A/C repair business, I give my highest recommendations and praise to "The A/C Guy". Thanks for the great service!
