Chris did a great job! He explained everything very well, and was able to tell us what is going on with our unit and his recommendations. Never felt pressured.
First time using your company
Chris was very personable professional and explained things in lay man terms regarding what needed to be done to fix my ac problems. He was very patient answered all my questions and went the extra mile to be sure I understood the process.
He is a definite strength to your staff.
