Technician Nathan arrived early(!) and stayed the distance to get a resolution to my AC not responding to temperature controls. My unit was installed by another company, who I lost all faith ever fixing it, after a half dozen visits!
Nathan troubleshot the unit, contacted the manufacturer for extra support-and in one visit, I had the issue! Kudos to The AC Guy and Nathan! They're my go-to now, they earned that!

These folks took over for the company that we have been using for years. I was a little bit leery because I trusted the folks that I had been using. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. First of all, they were fast. Our unit was out of Freon. They loaded it up and I thought the price was fair. However, it turned out we had a leak in the line underground. They had to replace the lines for both of our units. Not cheap, but again, fast , fair and well done. They credited us for the Freon fill up in the first unit. Then a couple of days later, the control panel went blank on one of our units. This was on a Friday . I figured they would be out Monday. Nope! We were first call and problem solved. No charge either. So even though we are new customers, I feel that they are competent, professional, fast and fair. I don't miss my old company quite as much anymore and I will be using these folks and smile.
