The Payment

• Introductory rate currently only $18.50 per month per HVAC system (Plus a one-time activation fee of $18.50 per system)

Full Maintenance Cleaning Regimen ($159)

• Inspect condenser coil and clean in place if needed with biodegradable, non-acidic cleaner
• Remove dirt/debris accumulation from condenser drain holes
• Inspect evaporator coil and clean in place if needed with biodegradable, no-rinse cleaner
• Inspect drain line and pan; clean out build up and treat with algaecide tablets
• Inspect blower assembly; recommend cleaning if needed
• Lubricate any parts requiring it
• Inspect filter and recommend replacing if needed
• Operate system and test functions
• Verify all electrical components operate within manufacturer specifications
• Check refrigerant charge and verify within specifications
• Record and report system operating parameters and identify any irregularities

Full Maintenance Inspection Regimen ($89)
